If you play golf there is an 18 hole golf course walking distance. Bus stops are near by. Space includes a Kitchenette with an induction Cooktop, microwave, toaster oven. Also included are dishes and bowls, pots and pans, full size refigerator, full bathroom with tub, queen bed, Internet tv, heat, and hotwater. Parking is in the street directly infront of the unit. There are house rules that will apply as this is our residence also. NOTE: This unit is currently occupied. I will need a couple days notice to view it. Also, any appointments will have to be after 5PM or on the weekend. Owner pays for water/sewer, hot water, Electricity, and Internet. All appliances, cookware, dishes and utencils will be taken care of properly. Renter is responsible for upkeep of the apartment and damages. Absolutely no pets allowed. There are house rules that will be part of the lease or rental agreement as this is out home as well.
