Refund and Cancellation Policies Strict Cancellation Policy: A full refund is only available if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of lease signing. After 24 hours, the first month's rent is non-refundable. Security Deposit Refund: The $4,500 security deposit will be fully refunded within 8 days of move-out, provided the property is returned in its original condition. Optional Parking Garage Access: Available for a flat fee of $500 for the duration of the stay. Note: Please confirm if you require garage access at the time of booking. House Rules Utilities: All utilities are included in the rent. Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests. Policies: No smoking, no pets, and no parties. Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for light watering of house plants and bringing the garbage bins in/out once per week.
