The house is recently remodeled with granite countertops and modern stainless appliances. We have a cute front yard and a backyard space where you can park bikes. It's conveniently located close to Mission and Valencia but is not in the middle of everything - the house is closer to Noe and the street feels homey. It is a short walk to the Mission, Valencia Street, and 24th BART station with Whole Foods and Safeway within walking distance as well. Street parking is easy, and there are many private and tech bus routes nearby. You'll share a bathroom with another roommate. Room is spacious and has great natural lighting. About us: You'd be living with J, S, M and M - we're all very friendly and easy going young professionals (late 20s - early 30s) who like to grab brunch and hang out While we respect your space and privacy, we are looking for someone we can also be friends with. J - Male, works as a software engineer at Facebook and is a very fun and chill housemate. He likes trying new restaurants and loooves watching good TV shows and movies! S - Male, works in IT at Google. Loves biking/running, traveling, and wandering the city on weekends. Enjoys playing music, dancing, and has extensive knowledge of Mexican food in the Mission. M - Male, is a product analyst originally from Seattle that moved to San Francisco just prior to the pandemic. M loves to watch and play sports, travel, chat politics, and go out to bars and restaurants with friends. M - Male, works as a project engineer at a 3D printing / manufacturing company in Oakland. Pre-covid he was a huge fan of live music, going out with friends on the weekends, and traveling. But now he enjoys park birthday parties, exploring the city, but not wildfires.
