There is granite on counters and island in the Kitchen. There's also room for a small bistro table next to the picture windows that provide great views of the neighborhood. The microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher were replaced in Dec 2021(stainless). Older Jenn-Air stove was serviced because it's cost prohibitive to purchase one with the same features. Has a closet, and has been used as a TV room, library and a dining room because it flows nicely with the kitchen. Small side patio off the kitchen for your furniture and grill. Unfortunately due to bad luck, neglect and owners' lack of imagination, there is no landscaping. Behind the garage is 1 cherry and 1 plum tree. Make cherry or prune pies. There is also room for a small patio table. Strip of land between the home and the neighbors has plenty of summer sunlight. A former owner gardened successfully here. We are cat people; we love our pets so we welcome well behaved dogs or cats (only) for an extra fee, upon approval. NO SHORT TERM LEASES. Maximum 3 people if leasing to roommates. Home is NOT furnished. Tenant pays water, gas, electric and City of ABQ alarm permit. Owner pays annual The Alarm Store monitoring and pest control. Pre-screened pets allowed. Renter must provide proof of renters insurance before taking possession of the home. WEED PULLING A MUST. If this an issue, we can raise the rental amount and hire a maintenance company. We will issue warnings and evict if weeds and seedlings aren't taken care of in a timely manner. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE only.
