Private room and bathroom. Shared kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The yard is in the process of being fenced in. I already have two dogs so it would be preferred someone with no pets. We have to meet and go over eachothers lifestyle to make sure we are a good match. Just basic stuff for example: don't take things that dont belong to you, don't break things, no wasteful use of utilities etc. All other questions and concerns can be discussed upon initial meeting.
