The bus ride is usually around 25 mins depending on traffic, additional 5-10 mins or so during rush hours (7-9AM, 5-7PM). From Port Authority, it's a 5 mins walk to Times Square, Theater District, a 15 min walk to Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Fifth Avenue Shopping District. You can easily catch one of the MTA (NYC) buses and/or subway trains to get around the city.
