The spacious private room is on the second floor, facing the back of the house and fitted with windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The room is covered with beige carpet and is furnished with a queen size bed, TV, a big dresser, and a sizable closet. You will share a full bathroom with tub, kitchen with dishwasher, living room and laundry room. The shared living room is fitted with an electric fireplace, reclining chairs and a massage chair. There is also an office space with access to a shared printer, for those who work from home. No smoking allowed on premises (including driveway). No pets allowed. Working professionals preferred. Tenants/Roommates are fully responsible for damages caused by them or their guests. Cleaning fees are included in the rent but you are required to clean up after yourself and your guests. The house must always be presentable. Minimum lease is 1-year. If you want to extend the lease, just communicate intent 30 days before the end of your lease.
