Although this community is nestled among trees and feels very private, you're only a few minutes from I-459, which gives you quick access to anywhere in the Birmingham metro area. In addition to a nice living room with a fireplace, you have a fenced garden area with a deck for entertaining out back. Previous owners have cultivated a lovely garden in the back, so it would be great to have someone continue the tradition. This townhouse offers a lot of living and a lot of value for the money. Tenant pays for all utilities. Lease is for one year and renews for additional years unless tenant or management gives notice 30 days prior to end of then-current yearly term. Owner prefers no pets, but is willing to consider pet for responsible owner with additional monthly fee of $50 and additional pet deposit of $300. Tenant is responsible for obeying all neighborhood rules. The application fee is $35 per adult and is done through the Bluff Park Realty website. (We do NOT use the Zillow application.) Household income of at least $65,000 and a credit score of 700 or higher are strongly recommended for best chance of approval. We can sometimes work with slightly less than those minimums depending on circumstances, especially in a case with an available co-signer who has excellent credit and income.
