My cottage is tucked away in unincorporated Delray Beach and is conveniently located minutes away from all the shopping, beaching, and dining you could ever wish for. It is a two-bedroom one-bath, but has an additional shower and sink in an attached outdoor enclosed pool bath. This pool home is lushly landscaped, but there is no cost to you for the lawn watering or maintenance. This little gem just had a deep cleaning, steam-cleaned floors, some new interior upgrades, and general repairs and maintenance. It is ready for move in. Get ready to fall in love with living a simple life in my historical little paradise. The first and last month's rent and deposit are due at signing. If you need to make payments towards the deposit, talk to me. I understand that is a lot of cash to have upfront. Tenant pays for all utilities in their own name. Calm, large dogs are allowed on a selective basis. My insurance company has 17 breeds they do not allow, so please discuss with me if you have a large dog. There is no smoking inside the house. Plenty of parking is included. The rent includes basic lawn care, water for the lawn, weekly pool maintenance, and monthly I provide the RidX packet for the septic and the air conditioner filter. Not recommended for small children as the pool is NOT fenced off from the yard. There is not an application fee, but anyone that wishes to move forward with renting from me needs to pass a background check.
