My cottage is tucked away in unincorporated Delray Beach and is conveniently located minutes away from all the shopping, beaching, and dining you could ever wish for. It is a two-bedroom one-bath, but has an additional shower and sink in an attached outdoor screened enclosure. This is perfect for after the pool or beach. The pool home is lushly landscaped and spacious. After having the same tenant for several years it is currently having some freshening up. This little gem is getting a deep cleaning, some paint, steam-cleaned floors, some new interior upgrades, and general repairs and maintenance. It will be ready for move-in on June 1, 2022. Get ready to fall in love with living a simple life in my historical little paradise. The first and last month's rent and deposit are due at signing. Tenant pays for all utilities in their own name. Calm, large dogs are allowed on a selective basis. My insurance company has 17 breeds they do not allow, so please discuss with me if you have a large dog. There is no smoking inside the house. Plenty of parking is included. The rent includes basic lawn care and pool maintenance. Only two people are permitted due to the house being on a septic system. No small children are allowed due to the pool not being fenced off from the yard. There is not an application fee, but anyone that wishes to move forward with renting from me needs to pass a background and credit check at their expense.
