Each floor has a bathroom. There is a gated patio for dining outside. There are two work stations in this house. One in the upstairs bedroom and one in the downstairs living area. Wifi works great throughout the house. The fourth bedroom is accessed by walking through the downstairs master bedroom suite. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry closet with new washer and dryer right off the garage. This north boulder location is perfect for families or those wanting a quiet location that is just minutes from shopping and restaurants. The home is within walking distance of grocery and coffee shops. There are several parks nearby and you can access the miles of biking/walking trails right outside your door. There is also a shared swimming pool in the complex. The house is fully furnished with luxury bedding and linens. There is a jetted tub upstairs. (We typically use this house 6 months a year and vacation rent it the other months.) We have accessories for young children - lots of toys and books. The fourth bedroom includes two twin beds and a full size crib, a portable crib, changing table, a baby gate for stairs and two types of highchairs. Having a two car private garage is definitely a plus--no parking problems, lugging luggage across parking lots and up stairwells, and in rainy/snowy weather you have direct access into our home. One pet (sorry HOA only allows one pet) will be considered with non-refundable $250 pet fee. There is also a $300 cleaning fee per stay. The rental rate is month to month and includes all utilities. The home is available August 15 - Dec 15. Month to month availability until December 31, 2020. Rent includes all utilities.
