A satellite dish is on the roof and will be sold with the house. Although we have switched to cable, it is simple to switch back to using the dish. The house has a traditional front porch, and a screened rear porch. Neighborhood Description This is a gated community with a clubhouse. The clubhouse features an exercise room with equipment, great room and kitchen for events, and a pool and tennis courts. The Osceola Parkway and the Greenway (Hwy. 417) are only 5 minutes away, and you can reach the Florida Turnpike in less than 10 minutes.
