I'm looking for a new roommate in my 2 bdrm apt. in PB. Great location, within walking distance to the bay. The apartment is on the first floor with a front and back entrance. Large living room and I already own most of the furniture needed. I'm a 30 something female teacher, work very hard and have fairly long hours. I own a small dog who's a great pet so you must not be allergic. Apartment complex has great quiet neighbors and coin operated laundry onsite. Utilities run about $30/person and includes internet, SDGE, and home water delivery.
