It also features -2 car garage -3.5 baths -19" deep soaking tub and walk-in shower -Semi-private deck off the kitchen -Small swimming pool and clubhouse -Immediate access to the bike path along the creek -Walk just minutes along the creek to a brand new Boulder park (Elks Park) -Wood burning fireplace -Full basement suite with a full bath and home theater -Washer and dryer - Central AC and low cost gas heat - A lot of solar electricity (500 kWh/mo) - Very low electricity and gas bills due to new windows, insulating shades, new gas furnace, energy star hot water heater, ceiling fans, LED lights and front loading washer. - Trash, snow removal, and lawn care is provided by the HOA. This non-smoking unit. Although we love dogs, we can not allow them in this home. In order to make the rental application process time efficient, please let us know your desired move in date, number of occupants, pets, and reason for moving. Phone interviews are required before we show the house. A virtual tour is coming soon. The HOA takes care of the trash, snow shoveling, and all yard maintenance. You will be responsible for the in-house water, gas, and electric bill which is relatively small due to the many solar panels. Zillow credit and criminal check ($29 per adult occupant paid to Zillow), reference check, ID, and proof of income 4. 1st month's rent and a signed lease is needed to hold the house 5. The security deposit + $400 cleaning deposit is due before move-in
