New Construction ADU on a quiet cul de sac. I named my ADU "Oak Room" because it is built under a 100+ year old majestic Coastal Live Oak. I built my Oak Room for friends and family that come to visit me but it's a great space for a mid term rental when I don't have company in town. Oak Room is a studio with a full sized bathroom. To get into the loft I installed a library ladder that slides over to the entrance and extents out for ease of climbing the ladder. The wheels on the ladder also lock so the ladder doesn't move while climbing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There is no oven in the kitchen but the air fryer will cook anything you would want to put in an oven. There is a portable electric 2 burner cooktop that is placed on the counter for making meals. Reverse Osmosis water available on tap. A full sized fridge and freezer available. There is also a garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave to round out the functionality of the kitchen. All new stainless steel appliances. The Acacia wood floors in the living area are stunning and a real conversation starter, the loft is carpeted for your comfort. Monthly rentals only, no long term lease will be signed. No smoking on property and no pets. Back yard is off limits unless permission is granted. Utilities and WIFI included. No Washer or Dryer in unit.
