LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION We are a couple doors down from the newly added Mobtown Brewery- so much fun to grab a bite and a pint after a long day...the brewery is also next to a new gym Fivex3, if you are a fitness junkie! Our favorite local eatery, Hucks American Craft is also just around the corner. Walking to brunch and not having to worry about parking and grabbing an orange crush (freshly squeezed) is the best way to watch the Sunday games. The shops at Canton Crossing: Target, old navy, Chick-fil-A, Sprouts grocery, Harris teeter, liquor store, Ulta beauty, mission bbq, are all about a half mile from the house and around 10 minutes to walk or a two minute drive- talk about convenience. Crunch fitness and Merritt gym (with the rooftop pool and the best summer pool parties) are right in the same shopping center. Then again, there is room in the basement common area to set up a gym if you are looking to save money this year. Not to mention we are right off 95, so if you need to get to downtown or DC or even the airport, you don't have to go through all of Baltimore city and it's 100 stop signs - just two minutes from the on ramp- but far enough away to never hear the highway traffic. In the quiet setting of Canton with all the conveniences of the city- you can't beat this location. This is our only rental and we are VERY responsive is anything happens or you need anything- don't waste your time with a rental if you can never get a hold of your landlord!
