The available unit is an awesome third floor 1br unit, with bonus 'loft' space - it's a great apartment .. the living space is very generous, there's plenty of good light, the kitchen is very functional (newer fridge, stove, dishwasher, and there's black granite countertops), and the bathroom is nicely sized .. the bedroom is big, and there's great closet space .. and then there's an amazing loft area over a good portion of the apartment, to be available as bonus space You'll be very comfortable living in this space The building is quiet for its size, and the location is awesome You'll pay the heat (gas) and the electric, the landlord pays for the hot water. There is a coin-op laundry in the building. 'Off-street' parking may be available, although, 'on-street' parking (at this end of Essex Street) is quite plentiful and never really an issue. You MUST be a NON-SMOKER .. please consider this in advance.
