Newly built back porch on main level off kitchen. Detached garage and detached carport, plus small shed out back. We inherited the in-laws house and have been slowly transitioning from this house to the smaller, single-level home for our retirement years. We acknowledge these photos show the house in much disarray, but this is due to our moving out and trying to downsize our belongs. We are not in any rush, but if an offer is reasonable, we would definitely accelerate our efforts to move out.
