Shared bathroom with one other roommate Rent: $1150 + utilities Available NOW, open to Feb 1st move in or sooner 3 month sublease, option to renew in May if it's a good fit The House: Located in Sunnyside 4 bedroom house, shared with 2 other roommates (the fourth bedroom is used as a shared office by the other 2 roomies); 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms AMAZING huge backyard with covered patio, gorgeous willow tree, flagstone patio, and lawn Dishwasher, laundry, did we mention the amazing yard?, storage shed Quiet, safe neighborhood, walkable to many great restaurants and coffee shops About Us: We are two women in our early/mid 30s, each of us own our own businesses (Jessica's a pelvic physical therapist and Kathleen's a somatic therapist). We both love dancing, connecting about the spiritual realm and what it means to be alive in this time, cooking, laughing, balancing purpose-driven work with wholesome play and rest. What We're Looking For: Clean, respectful, and communicative Someone who enjoys sharing space with others Preference for female roommate Must be late 20s or older Preference for someone who doesn't WFH the majority of the time Healthy lifestyle, we don't drink/party much and treat our home as a wholesome and nurturing environment Someone who can pay rent on time and is easygoing but responsible An individual, no couples please Sorry, no smokers No Cats.
