The den provides access to the sun room, a quiet area overlooking the fenced back yard. The living room is located at the front of the house, with a large window overlooking the front lawn. There is oak laminate flooring in the living room, hall and bedrooms. There are three full bedrooms; the master bedroom has a private bath and double closets. The house has central air/heat and an attic fan. A large workshop and a large storage building are located in the back yard of the property. The rent is $1,450 per month, plus utilities. A lease of one year and a deposit of $1,000 are required, with rent being due on the 1st of each month. Pets will be considered, provided that they are not aggressive, not destructive and that there is no disruption to the neighborhood. Each pet will require a $200 non-refundable pet deposit. A $30 non-refundable fee is required to process the application. Tenant is responsible for utilities, lawn care and cleaning gutters.
