Nice Center Grove location. This is great family location close to everything you might need. We've recently renovated with new floors, kitchen cabinets, paint, and HVAC system. Two mature apple trees. Two car attached garage with a new garage door opener. The house location also falls under the Center Grove school system. Our kids were picked up and dropped off right in front of the house. I'm not sure if this is still the case or not. The house doesn't include some of the pictured appliances yet they are available. This is a very family oriented neighborhood. Pets are allowed with a damage and insurance rider. Local landlord should any need arise. Thanks. There is no existing fenced area on the property. You are responsible for controlling your pet at all times.
