Bus to bart station right outside the house. The home looks fairly new with hardwood flooring on the main level and other upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms. There is one bedroom and bathroom on every floor. It is walking distance from many restaurants and easy to bike to Lake Elizabeth as well. Open house: Sunday March 16th 1pm - 3pm Tenant pays for all utilities (PGE, water, garbage, internet etc.). Owner pays HOA. No pets are allowed.
