The largest is ensuite with a small but complete bath with shower. The second bedroom features a large deck facing west for lovely sunsets. The large full bath with bathtub and shower is found on this floor. Relax on the spacious covered front porch with front row seats to all the activity in town including the annual Civil War Enactment, Halloween Ghost Walk, Christmas on Main, and so many more delightful events. Utilities: Owner pays for sewer and weekly township trash pickup using bins provided. All other utilities are the responsibility of the Tenant including gas, electric, water, and internet. Property is not air-conditioned. Pets: Up to two pets (cat or small sized dog). No large dogs. Non-refundable fee of $50 per pet. Smoking: Not permitted in the interior of the Premises.
