Archibald Beach Park is nearby and provides easy access to Madeira Beach's white-sand Gulf shoreline. The Town Center neighborhood itself stretches between the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Ciega Bay and includes restaurants, businesses, parks, the marina, and other community amenities. The neighborhood includes several casual options nearby, including Dockside Dave's for seafood, Pete's Sushi & Poke, Mario's Ristorante Italiano, and Slyce Madeira Beach. Guests also have R.O.C. Park nearby, a waterfront community park with walking areas, a fishing pier, sports facilities, a splash pad, and a dog park. The condominium sits slightly north of Johns Pass, one of the area's biggest attractions. The Suncoast Beach Trolley is the primary public-transit option for vacationers.
