Available August 2 until September 2, 2026, this fully furnished single-family house is perfect for individuals, couples, or small families with pets temporarily working in, visiting, or transitioning to Fort Collins. A room dedicated as an office with two workstations is ideal for remote workers. The fenced yard is great for dogs. And the location is superb: Old Town Square, CSU, and many trails are all close by. The house has everything you need for a month-long stay. Two bedrooms hold queen beds, closets, dressers, and blackout curtains. A third room serves as a dedicated office with two desks, two office chairs, and one monitor. The living room holds a couch, two armchairs, a smart TV with Roku, a washing machine, and a dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, oven, chef sink, microwave, and new refrigerator. The dining room seats four. The bathroom has a shower/bath, sink, vanity, and cabinet. The provided internet has a 1.2 TB monthly limit. If you need to increase that, we can do so for an additional fee. The house features new carpet, air conditioning, furnace, and refrigerator. The hardwood floors were refinished in 2023 and the attic and crawlspace were reinsulated in 2022. Outside is a fenced backyard with a patio and table that seats four. The driveway fits two cars. Since 2022, the owners have been restoring a mini native prairie on the property. Thousands of native plants fill the yard with color and life in the summer. They attract hummingbirds, goldfinches, butterflies, and other pollinators. The backyard borders another yard that a dog, six chickens, and two ducks use. The house is in a nice residental neighborhood close to the best that Fort Collins has to offer. Walk into Old Town for restaurants, breweries, bars, stores, and events. Stroll through the beautiful, historic Old Town neighborhoods. Bike or walk half a mile down the street to the grocery store. Bike to Colorado State University in seven minutes. Drive into Lory State Park or Roosevelt National Forest in just 25 minutes. Note: Due to Colorado's extreme drought and spring windstorms, the grass and native plants in the backyard are a little sparse. We have started irrigating them, but the backyard may have less grass than in the photos this year. The front and side yards are still full of native plants. This is a fully furnished house available August 2 until September 2, 2026. Rate includes utilities, internet, trash, linens, sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, comforters, dishware, pots, pans, soaps, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Guests must remove all pet waste prior to departure. Any pet waste cleanup required will be billed to the guests. Owner will provide landscaping care and guests shall keep the property exteriors in a presentable manner. Guests shall keep the thermostat above 70 F in the summer and between 50 75 F in the winter. Guests may be charged for excessive heating/cooling bills. No more than four non-guests may be on the property at a time.
