The bird's eye lake view from the living room and deck is stunning. At night when the moon shines bright it casts light across the lake and when the moon is small, the stars are spectacular. From the kitchen and master bedroom, the view of the mountains out into the distance captures you as the sun rises over them in the morning. The home is on a large lot with an empty lot next door and sits up on a hill (that's why we named it The Perch). Blue Jays are out and about along with other many species of birds. The lake is a short 1/2 mile walk just across the street from the grocery store. It is the top level of the home with private entrance at the rear of the house.
