This condo features a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and two accent chairs, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. The bedroom boasts a king bed with two pull-out twin trundle beds underneath. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available. The bathroom includes a shower and tub, soft towels, and ample space. A full washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. This community offers three newly remodeled pools, with one seasonally heated pool located next to the tennis courts. Freshly resurfaced tennis courts with Pickleball lines are available. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are conveniently located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. An on-site dog park is available for your furry friends, and charcoal grills are provided throughout the community for cookouts. The complex features two entrances for convenient access to Destin's main highway or a side street to avoid traffic. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee per stay, with a maximum of two dogs. Pets must be crated when unattended and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Smoking is not allowed, and events are not permitted. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and luggage drop-offs are not allowed. Early check-ins may be possible but cannot be guaranteed in advance. This community was constructed in the 1970s and has a dated exterior, which is beyond our control. Noise ordinances are at 10 PM sharp, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted.
