There is a shared laundry room in the basement of the building. Unscented laundry detergent is supplied by the host as I have chemical sensitivities and use only unscented cleaning products throughout the building. All of the unscented cleaning products are available in a shared utility closet on the second floor of the building. . This furnished apartment is available for a six month lease. All utilities are included in the monthly rental fee of $2,100. The landlord supplies unscented laundry detergent and all of the cleaning products in the building are also unscented. Heavily perfumed products are not permitted to use in the apartment. There is a vacuum and unscented cleaning products available to use in the shared upstairs hallway closet of the building. First and last month's rents are due upon signing the lease. (The security deposit is the last month's rent) Reminder: There is a construction project happening in the courtyard of the building. Monday -Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm there will be random construction noise.
