    This home has had one couple only; no kids. It has a beautiful pool with a spacious, screened in pool deck, overlooking a deep, salt water canal that takes you 2 minutes to Palma Sola Bay. From there, it's 5 minutes tops to either Tampa Bay or the Gulf of Mexico. It's in a wonderful and active community. The streets ends in a cul de sac with this house at the halfway mark.
