This is our home that we lived in for ten years, have lovingly renovated, and are eager to share with the right person. This three story, four bedroom house has hardwood floors throughout, many of which were recently refinished. We are have installed custom woodworking in the living room and bathrooms, and there is a custom mural in the second floor bathroom. The house features in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. The location is fantastic - on the corner across from Dickinson Square Park, super close to tons of amenities (bus lines, coffee shops, bars and restaurants, big box stores .. all walkable). There is also a fabulous view of center city from the 3rd floor bedroom. We prefer a tenant with no pets, but we can be flexible for the right person (and a deposit). Renter is responsible for all utilities. Security deposit & last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking. Small animals will be considered.
