It has a roomy laundry room, modern appliances, a custom installed electric ornamental fireplace, air conditioning, and everything else you would probably expect from a modern home. We spent almost 2 years completely remodeling this home. It was a lot of HARD work, but we did have a lot of fun with it. We pretty much gutted it and replaced almost everything from the insulation outwards as well as new thermal pane windows and doors. We hand crafted the kitchen counter tops out of concrete and did other things sooo amazing only Elon Musk would be able to afford them! (I think that means we spent wayyyy too much time and money doing it, lol) Almost done with the landscaping Just the grass area left to plant! This home comes completely outfitted with everything to get you going except clothes and the steak! There is a completely outfitted kitchen and BBQ with lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, condiments including some drinks, spices, soups, coffee, soaps, and laundry stuff, etc. We are always updating and refreshing our units so some furniture in pictures may not be exactly as they are currently. Regardless, they shouldn't disappoint! We use Arlo Security and Alexa at this location. We remove all inside cameras but there may still be outdoor cameras for parking and grounds. You are free to re-program Alexa so she caters to your requests! Convenient location that is close to everything Southern Oregon has to offer. Jet boats or rafting on the Rogue River - right down the street. Just a minute or two from the highway corridor that takes you south to Ashland (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), Jacksonville and the Britt, Crater Lake, Medford, Roseburg, and adventures that await you on the Rogue River or North to Roseburg, Seven Feathers Casino, Portland Coos Bay, and more. You'll also be just a few minutes away from Southern Oregon's Rogue & Applegate Valley Wine Region where you can spend the day touring fantastic wineries and strolling the streets of historic downtown Jacksonville, or take in dinner and a show in one of downtown Grants Pass' awesome dining establishments. Hunting, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, rafting, hiking, biking and more await you in the Rogue Valley in beautiful Southern Oregon. At this time we do not rent this duplex for less than 3 months or for more than 2 guests. Pets welcome with written advance approval and pet deposit. We are definitely pet friendly, but we are also pet appropriate and this property is not appropriate for animals larger than 65 pounds or that make loud noises such as barking. No alligators either! We do have properties that are friendly and appropriate for larger animals. Monthly rent is $1,495 and includes Wi-fi, cable, water, and sewer. Electricity is variable depending on length of stay. Refundable Deposit is $2,400. We do not generally schedule tours while a property is occupied. I totally get wanting to plan ahead if you are local and have that ability.
