The common areas of the house have a lot of redundancy - two kitchens, two refrigerators, two stoves, two dishwashers, two washing machines, two dryers, etc. - so if one is occupied or on the fritz you can use the other one. There are four bathrooms in the house so you should never have to wait in line to use the bathroom. There's a secure backyard with private patio for hanging out in the summertime. The location of the house is on a safe, close knit block in southern Petworth. 7-8 minute walk to Georgia Ave/Petworth Metro, 15 minutes to 11th St corridor (CH Coffee/Red Rocks/Meridian Pint/The Coupe/KBC/Maple/Room 11/Wonderland), 5 minutes to Upshur corridor (Timber Pizza/Himitsu/Petworth Citizen/Taqueria el Barrio).
