We are current tenants looking for someone to take over our lease. The current end date us July 31st and can be renewed for another 1 year lease after that. We rent through Fox Property Management, so please look there for rental requirements. They require proof of 2x income, credit and rental history and have application fees ($50 per person). They have been been a decent management company, have been pretty good about repairing things and responding to maintenance issues throughout our lease. The house is is a great space with lots of lights, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fully separate living rooms, a large garage and a big fenced back yard with a small vegetable garden. The fridge is brand new and the dishwasher is being replaced this week. There is a washer and dryer in a small laundry room, the washer is fairly new and both work well.
