Both bedrooms have a private, attached full bathroom. I haven't listed some of my furniture for sale yet. The couch and table/seats fit in the dining/living space very well. I could either sell you these, do a lease to own agreement, sell it myself, or anything else if you have an idea. Whatever is easier for you. I've started selling most of my other furniture, so let me know if there is anything else you want me to leave in the unit. Utilities are not included and are paid for by the tenant. No smoking. Renters insurance is required. FYI, the floor layout I took from another listing, but I double checked the measurements, and they are the same as my townhome except for the garage. My garage is about 35 feet in length. I'm not sure why the floor layout is off for that one.
