Bottom floor has a 2 car garage and patio/garden area out back. Second floor has an open kitchen/dining/living space as well as a bedroom and full bath. Top floor (third floor) has 2 main bedrooms and the washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have a private, attached full bathroom. Utilities are not included and are paid for by the tenant. Renters insurance required. No smoking. Cats are okay and we can discuss dogs if needed. Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 650, verifiable gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent, no prior evictions, and successfully pass a criminal background check. Screening will be completed prior to signing, and security deposit and first month rent are due at signing. I am currently living in Jacksonville, so my friend is helping manage the property. I will connect any prospective renters with him to schedule a viewing. The townhome will be empty and available for viewings starting 7/16, but won't be cleaned and ready for move in until 7/23. FYI, the floor layout pictures I took from an old listing, but I double checked the measurements, and they are the same as my townhome except for the garage. My garage is about 35 feet in length. I'm not sure why the floor layout is off for that one.
