The guest house itself is a perfect blend of privacy and sophistication. It features brand-new construction, top-of-the-line amenities, and its own dedicated parking pad. Nestled in a quiet setting yet steps away from Whole Foods, Trader Joes, upscale fitness studios, fine dining, and artisan coffee shops, this retreat offers a lifestyle of convenience and distinction. A Few House Rules to Help Everyone Enjoy Their Stay We want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable! To help keep the guesthouse in great condition and maintain a good relationship with our neighbors, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines: - No pets, smoking, or subletting, please. - Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th. A $75 late fee will apply to late payments. - We accept electronic payments, personal checks, or cash. - A $750 security deposit is fully refundable, provided the guesthouse is returned in the same condition it was received, normal wear and tear excepted, and all furniture, artwork, fixtures, appliances, and other items remain in the home. - All utilities are included in your rent, including electricity, water, garbage, and high-speed internet no extra utility bills to worry about! - There is a one-time, non-refundable $250 cleaning fee. - Please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise, music, and gatherings to a reasonable level. We want everyone to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. - You'll enjoy the convenience of keyless entry and can create your own personal access code for your stay. - One licensed, registered, and operational vehicle may be parked in the designated parking space.
