This is a beautiful Duplex. I has classic features combined with modern convenience. This home has ceiling fans. Less then 10 year old central air and heat. In its basement it has a washer dryer not just the hook up. All windows have new miniblinds. Its has a new hard wood floor in the living room and kitchen. New Vinyl floor in downstairs bath. Other floors glow. In the kitchen are a newer Stove and Refrigerator, and brand new built in microwave. It has a stainless steel two bowl sink. It has a built in ironing board. It also has a large pantry space. Come see your new home. Tenant pays all utilities, maintains the grounds. I am sorry but we do not accept pets We require a one year lease. After that year it may remain a month to month lease or you can sign a renewal. We don't require renewal but some tenant's prefer to be in a 1 year lease. The last tenant left a large mouse infestation. I believe that the problem has been dealt with. I want to inform any prospective tenant that the problem was here. If more mice are seen I will provide traps and poisons. I don't believe this will be necessary.
