Bought in May of 2017. Before moved in Seller was required to put in new furnace and air conditioner. Immediately found it needed a new water heater. Electrical box was wired wrong and almost caught house on fire. Fixed that. Air conditioning doesn't go upstairs. Garage floods and only partially fenced. House needs updating.
