Here are additional deets- 1) To be clear only ONE of my 3 bedrooms is available to rent. 2) The space has lots of light, and privacy- your room would be in the front of the apt, and there is a middle bedroom that is not occupied, and it's a very good size as my previous tenant had a queen sized bed + dresser & a bookshelf. 3) Very safe neighborhood- the street is 95% single family homes with kids & doggies and pretty easy parking. 4) I just adopted a dog that I was fostering, so I would strongly prefer someone who likes dogs, and letting him out when I'm not home would knock a bit off your rent. 5) The rent is $745 + utilities, and the room can be fully furnished (with a VERY nice bed) for an additional fee and I'm initially looking for short term with the option to extend.
