The back garden bed was enhanced to reduce grass coverage and encourage water conservation. Denver Water regularly notified us that our summertime water usage was significantly less than average for the neighborhood! The 2-car garage with an entire wall of cabinets is the perfect place to stow your toys and vehicles. This rental is dog-friendly, sorry no cats.
