This includes high-traffic areas such as living rooms, hallways, and entryways. b. Floor coverings must not damage or adhere to the hardwood surface in a permanent way. 5. Yard Maintenance Tenant is responsible for regular yard maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and general upkeep of the landscaping. a. The yard must be kept neat and free of debris. b. Landlord or an agent will conduct quarterly yard inspections to ensure proper maintenance. c. Failure to maintain the yard may result in a warning, charge for corrective service, or potential lease violation. 6. Utilities Tenant is responsible for setting up and paying for the following utilities: -Water -Gas -Electricity These services must be transferred to the Tenant's name by the lease start date and remain active throughout the tenancy.
