This clean townhouse has front and back doors with programmable, keyless entries and deadbolt locks. The backyard is fenced in with a gate. Appealing laminate flooring covers the main floor and neutral carpeting is upstairs. The spacious family room has two ceiling fans and a nice view of the water. The in-unit utility room includes a washer/dryer for convenience. Upstairs, the main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with a shower. Two more bedrooms, each with a view of the water, share a full bathroom. The A/C system includes both a main and a remote thermostat to prioritize air flow where needed to maximize comfort. A central air purifier is also part of the A/C system, which is serviced twice/year. Additionally, pest control is done quarterly, at no extra charge. No smoking is allowed. Pets are not preferred, but will be considered under special circumstances. If approved, a pet fee and refundable pet deposit will apply. Townhouse rent is $2800 a month, with a $2800 refundable deposit. The rental term is one year, with possible renewable options. The townhouse is available August 1st, and showings start July 21st, by appointment. Rent will be prorated to the first of the month. Lease term of 1 year, possibly renewable yearly. No smoking allowed. The tenants are responsible for all utilities. Landlord is responsible for monthly regime fee. The tenants are responsible for keeping the condo's interior clean and in good shape. The HOA regime covenant dictates the outside area.
