House: Available: We have a one-bedroom room in a 3-bedroom house for rent, located right in Old Town Erie. It's about 10 min from Lafayette, 15 min from Louisville, 20 min from Boulder and 25 min from CU Campus and Denver. There is a huge backyard with a fire pit and a garden, as well as a closed off patio. Inside there are 2 bedrooms upstairs (Connor's room and the available room), and a main room, tv room, downstairs bedroom, a shared office, a kitchen with all appliances as well as silverware, cups, plates, and so on, all included downstairs (feel free to bring more). About Us: There are 2 roommates living here: Zach, a bartender who works in Old Town as well as a student at CU and Connor, a chef. We both have busy schedules, so we are rarely home during the days. We are both chill, 420 friendly (outside), people who like to work hard to accomplish our goals in life. We are looking for a like-minded individual. We do enjoy the occasional drink and chat, but this is not a party house (if that is a concern). Monetarily: Rent is $750. With a deposit due at signing as well as last month's rent that can be split upon 12 months bring the total to $812 for 11 months then only $62 on the last. We split utilities, e.g, water, Xcel, and Wi-Fi, and they are usually around $100 with an increase during the winter (which is common for all Colorado homes). Application fee is $45. Property Manager will process application for background, credit, employment & landlord check. Pets: This is a pet friendly house; with currently a 4-year-old trained Border Collie. One other pet is possible, within reason, I.e., no crazy animals that will attack without warning. There is a pet deposit and paperwork, but if all is well in the house the deposit will be returned.
