Default and Termination Failure to pay rent or violation of the lease may result in the landlord providing any notices required by Florida law and pursuing available legal remedies. For nonpayment of rent, the landlord may serve the applicable statutory notice before pursuing eviction. For other lease violations, the applicable notice and cure requirements under Florida law will apply. Any eviction will be conducted through the legally required Florida eviction process.
