The house is being rented for the first time now as I am moving into a detached ADU at the back of the property. The house has plentiful natural light and thoughtful design details. (Some fun ones too -- like a secret, small sliding door connecting two rooms via a closet.) There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet, and the primary bedroom has an additional reach-in closet. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bathroom upstairs has a tub, and downstairs is a half bath. A generous kitchen. Hardwood maple floors. Washer/dryer on main floor. Basement with ample storage (shared with owner and accessible via a separate exterior door.) Private deck downstairs + balcony off the primary bedroom + green roof. There is one off-street parking spot and plentiful on-street. A secure bike shed in yard. Three bus lines and MAX within a 5-minute walk. Utilities are meaningfully lower compared to house of similar size because of solar, use of potable rainwater, and sharing costs with me in the ADU. Most furnishings will go with me over to the ADU. Possible items that we could talk about staying in the house include: an excellent mattress (and bed), area rug(s), a sofa, maybe a dining room table. One year lease Utilities additional but are significantly lower than house of similar size because of "green" features (e.g., solar panels, access to potable rainwater system) and some cost sharing with ADU on the property Pets approved on a case-by-case basis Renter's liabliity insurance required: $100,000 No smoking
