Who maintains the lawn? - Lawn service will be provided by the Landlord 2x per month in the Spring and Summer and as needed (as determined by Landlord) during the Fall and Winter. The Tenant may maintain the lawn outside of the above detailed schedule. Do you accept Section 8 vouchers? - Sorry, we do not accept Section 8 vouchers. Is the refrigerator and washer/dryer included? - The refrigerator is included with no additional rent charged. A washer and dryer can be included for an additional charge. What is the parking like? - The renter will have access to one covered space within a shared carport and 2 other spaces on the driveway directly behind the carport. When is rent due? - Rent is due on the first of every month. If the lease begins in the middle of the month, the lease amount will be prorated for that month only with the full prorated rent due upon signing. The full rental amount will then be due on the first of the following month. Can a king sized bed fit in the bedrooms? - Not likely The rooms are on the smaller side. A twin, double and Queen sized bed are able to comfortably fit in each bedroom. Does the picnic table come with the home? - Yes. The picnic table remains the property of the Landord, but does come with the rent for the tenant's use. How many occupants are allowed? - Four total. No smoking. No section 8 vouchers. Tenant pays for utilities (water/trash, gas, electricity).
