this is a very nice older home in a quiet largely owner-occupied neighborhood. stove and refrigerator are provided central heat and air conditioning, laundry room off the kitchen, basement, shared driveway with the neighbors to the West. there is a two car garage however half of the garage goes with the apartment that is entirely above the garage, not above your house. we do allow dogs with an additional $20 per dog per month rent and an additional 1/2 months rent refundable pet deposit. lease renews automatically from month to month unless either of us gives notice to the other party
