House is in the heart of Old Town: blocks from the Potomac River, King Street, multiple grocery stores, restaurants, etc.--everything you'd expect from Old Town living. It is a three bedroom, three and half bath house. Back patio with small garden. Looking for someone who is clean and likes it clean. Otherwise, we've both lived with all kinds of people over the years. We are mid-30s engaged professionals (male and female), having rented this house for the last decade. We've gotten along really well with active young professionals. Bonus points if you like to garden or can at least water the plants now and then.
