One pet up to 30 lbs permitted - no vicious breeds or mixes per our insurance. There is a one-time non-refundable pet deposit due at lease signing of $300, plus a monthly $25 pet fee. Lease is for one year then automatically goes month-to-month. There is a $40 application fee for up to 2 adults which covers the credit check, background check and rental history check. We require a minimum credit score of 610. If less than that due to still building your credit, a co-signer may help. If less than that due to delinquencies, bankruptcies or evictions, your application may be denied.
