There is no running water and no heat. I could throw in a propane heater if some one is interested but I have worked out there without a heater and never had any issues. It will be a month to month lease to start and after 3 months we can reevaluate if you want a longer lease. No sleeping or overnight stays in the outbuilding will be permitted. 240 volt electric and 110v provided.
