Rooms can be furnished and have bed, dresser, nightstand, etc. that can be kept in the room, bought by renter, or removed prior to their arrival. Currently has one renter and her dog who live in a third bedroom downstairs. Shared spaces include a fenced backyard, patio overlooking the park, kitchen, dining table, two TV dens, a card table area, and a home gym are with some weights but room for more. Also has a laundry room with washer and dryer, a garage, and a shed in the back for storage and parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, spices, etc. The fourth bedroom is currently being used for storage, but in the past has been turned into a home office. Looking for a year long renter, but open to shorter. One extra garage spot is open for the two remaining renters to determine use of. Unfortunately, current renter has sensitivity to cigarettes, so no smokers. Her dog also is sweet with humans, but doesn't live well with other animals, so no other pets. Currently, lawn is mowed weekly, but if a renter would be willing to maintain it, I'd be happy to credit them rent.
